What it is

A custom songwriting and production studio. Clients commission original songs for anniversaries, milestones, organizations, and content creation. The site says plainly, right on its own About page, that songs are produced with the help of AI — the studio's real value is in the direction, the lyrics, and the creative judgment behind each song, not in hiding how it comes together.

The thoughtful part

The site itself is a normal, well-built website — a way to request a commission, a browsable collection of past work with music you can actually play, and a blog. What makes it worth a closer look is what happens when a visitor asks the site's built-in chat assistant something it doesn't know how to answer yet.

• The chat assistant is simple and predictable by design, built to recognize and respond to common visitor questions and gently guide someone through requesting a commission — not a general-purpose AI chatbot that might say something unexpected.
• Questions it can't answer don't just disappear. They're saved, and every couple of days, AI is brought in for exactly one job: reviewing that batch of unanswered questions and, if there's a real pattern worth fixing, writing up a proposed fix for a person to review.
• A person always approves the change before anything goes live. Nothing gets updated automatically — a real fix only ships once someone reviews it and gives the go-ahead, after which it appears on the live site within about a minute and a half.

The result is a chat assistant that genuinely gets better at answering real visitor questions over time, with a human always keeping an eye on what changes and why.

Why this shape

I didn't want a support chatbot that either makes things up or quietly stops improving the day it launches. The real idea here is that everyday usage turns into a clear, reviewable suggestion — not an ignored log nobody reads, and not an AI quietly changing things on its own.
